VOLUNTEER TESTIMONY Dialogue Cities Southeast Asia Conference

Other than asking our volunteers about their significant learning, we also let them share their most memorable part of the DialogueCitiesSEA Conference.

 

For Mark Anthony Mutia, a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering of Central Mindanao Colleges in Kidapawan City, Province of Cotabato:

 

My most memorable moment was the enriching site visit. Aligned with the dialogue’s purpose, this experience allowed us to showcase our country’s rich heritage and foster a spirit of collaboration and mutual understanding. It was profound to witness the international delegates' active listening and eagerness to learn, which contributed to building meaningful connections among diverse cultures and highlighted what the Philippines, especially Davao, has to offer.

The 2nd Dialogue Cities Southeast Asia Conference is a collaborative initiative of the International Dialogue Centre - KAICIID and the Ateneo de Davao University through the Al Qalam Institute for Islamic Identities and Dialogue in Southeast Asia, held on September 12-14, 2025.
