The webinar, held on July 25, 2024 via Microsoft Teams, was organized by the United Kingdom-Malaysia. It aims to establish a global partnership for the student mobility program of 2023–2024.

Dr. Abdul Latiff Ahmad, the Guest Speaker of the said event, emphasized the fundamental role of culture in shaping our identity and driving human-centered, inclusive, and equitable development. He highlighted that integrating culture into development policies is important for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Dr. Ahmad elaborated that culture and creativity can significantly contribute to the economic, social, and environmental pillars of sustainable development. He stressed that these dimensions, in turn, help safeguard cultural heritage and nurture creativity.

CMC's participation in this webinar underscores its dedication to aligning its activities with the SDGs. This alignment enhances the quality of education and instills a sense of global responsibility among students. Furthermore, it promotes sustainable practices and encourages students to actively engage in addressing pressing global issues.
