CMC Center for International Affairs and Linkages (CIAL) Supports Personnel International Mobility

Central Mindanao Colleges (CMC) proudly champions the international mobility of its faculty and personnel through the unwavering support of the Center for International Affairs and Linkages (CIAL). Recently, two of our dedicated employees embarked on an enriching international educational trip to Thailand, an essential component of their post-graduate studies curriculum. This international excursion, supported by CMC's scholarship program and in collaboration with CIAL, was designed to enhance their academic and professional development through global exposure. Encouraging international mobility is a core mission of CIAL, as it aims to broaden the horizons of our scholars and foster a global mindset. During their time in Thailand, the scholars had the opportunity to visit several prestigious institutions and organizations, including Mahidol University, where they engaged with top educators and researchers to discuss innovative teaching methodologies and educational strategies. They also visited Singha Beverage Co., Ltd. and Ichitan Group Public Co., Ltd., gaining insights into corporate best practices, operational excellence, and sustainable business models. At Burapha University, they benchmarked educational practices and explored collaborative research opportunities. Additionally, they observed industry-leading manufacturing processes and quality control measures at Gems International Manufacturer. In addition to the academic and professional engagements, the scholars immersed themselves in Thai culture, enriching their global perspective. They experienced Thailand's vibrant market scene and contemporary shopping destinations at Asiatique Night Market and Iconsiam. The trip also included visits to Nong Nooch Tropical Garden and Elephant Show, where they appreciated Thailand's natural beauty and unique cultural performances. Further cultural exploration took place at the Honey Bee Shop and Premium Village, where they explored local crafts, products, and sustainable practices.
