Administrative support on the use of ICT in schools towards teachers’ competence focus several challenges, including teacher’s skills, literacy and strategies. For schools to benefit from using ICT, qualified teachers are needed. This study explored administrative support that influenced to teachers’ competence on the use of ICT in public elementary schools in the Department of Education. The study adopted a descriptive survey research design. 15 schools were sampled through stratified sampling from the target population of 85 schools for the study.400 respondents were sampled through stratified random sampling. 203 (50%) questionnaires were appropriately filled and return. Data collected was analyzed by use of descriptive correlational techniques after which results were presented in tables. The study findings established that use of ICT-Based Instruction is highly supported by the Administration towards Teachers’ Competence. However, there was limited supply of ICT teachers should be employed in public elementary schools and trained in ICT skills to make them effectively deliver ICT-Based curriculum. In-service courses should be designed that can enable teachers to acquire ICT-skills. Continued administrative support and professional development of teachers is central to successful implementation of ICT in schools. Generally, there were administrative support on ICT- Based Instructions towards Teacher’s Competence in schools.
