This is a path analysis wherein it will look into that affective student learning as predicted y instructional quality, professional competence and job satisfaction of teachers. This study utilized the descriptive-co relational research design to obtain information concerning the current states of the phenomena to describe. The locale of the study is at Carmen, North Cotabato, sampling design is complete enumeration method. The statistical tools are weighted mean, Pearson r and regression analysis, structural equation modeling. The findings are as follows. The level of instructional quality is high. The level of professional competence is also high. The level of job satisfaction is high as well as the level of effective student learning. The instructional quality and competence have low positive correlation with the student learning. However, job satisfaction is highly correlation to student learning. These three variable are predictions are predictors on the student learning, however on the degree of prediction, job satisfaction has higher degree of prediction as compared with other variables. Finally, the model best fit student learning is Model 2.
