CMC-SHS PAGPAKANABA 2024: Strengthening Youth and Community Bonds

Community engagements play an important role in promoting social responsibility and solidarity. The Central Mindanao Colleges Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) Strand Coordinators, led by Sir Gelmer Baluyot and Mrs. Lorna Berame organized the CMC-SHS PAGPAKABANA event on May 15, 2024, under the theme “𝘼𝙡𝙖𝙮 𝙨𝙖 𝙆𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙖𝙣 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙖 𝙎𝙖 𝙆𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙪𝙠𝙖𝙨𝙖𝙣.”

This event was held in coordination with the CMC Center for Social Action.Held at Barangay Nuangan’s Nuangan Integrated School, the event focused on community engagement and solidarity through the course “Community Engagement, Solidarity, and Citizenship.”

The CMC SHS community developed a strong spirit of giving and camaraderie during the event. Their active participation and enthusiasm demonstrated their commitment to making a positive impact on society.

CMCians embodied the spirit of bayanihan, showing kindness and compassion, fostering community relationships, and leaving a lasting impression on PAGPAKABANA 2024. This event highlighted their commitment to social action and strengthened partnerships with their partner communities.
