Central Mindanao Colleges (CMC) is deeply committed to prioritizing the health and well-being of its students, faculty, and staff. Recognizing the crucial link between a healthy mind and body and personal growth and success, CMC has integrated health initiatives into its core values. We firmly believe that optimal academic performance and overall well-being are interdependent. To support this, the CMC Health Services Unit is dedicated to providing comprehensive health education and services to the CMCian community.
As part of its ongoing efforts, CMC, in collaboration with the Health Services Unit and the Human Resource Management and Development Office, is organizing the “HATAW GALAW 2023: SAYAW PARA SA KALUSUGAN” event. This event stands as a testament to CMC’s unwavering commitment to fostering a culture of wellness and encouraging individuals to engage in regular physical activity.
The event will feature various health-promoting activities, with a specific focus on Zumba, a form of exercise that offers physical fitness benefits while also being enjoyable and engaging.
