CMC College of Teacher Education’s PANAG-USBANG: A Seminar on Career and Personality Development

With the theme: “Developing Skills and Personal Aspirations Towards Global Excellence”, the said seminar highlights personal growth, career development, and the path to success. “PANAG-USBANG” a Cebuano term, symbolizing advancement, growth, development, and progress in one’s life.
At its core, CMC believes in the power of a growth mindset – the belief that one could improve and evolve through dedication, hard work, and perseverance.
With mentorship and inputs from the CMC Guidance Services and Testing Center, the said seminar was a crucial step towards understanding the importance of personal development in the field of education in the Philippines.
It was a unique opportunity to equip CTE Fourth Year with the tools they needed to succeed in their careers and personal lives.
