CMC College of Teacher Education Holds Send-Off Ceremony for International Educational Trip to Thailand

Central Mindanao Colleges (CMC)– In a historic milestone for the College of Teacher Education (CTE), Central Mindanao Colleges hosted a heartwarming send-off ceremony for its participants embarking on an international educational trip to Thailand. This significant event underscores CMC’s commitment to global education and intercultural exchange, fostering the professional growth of future educators.

The send-off ceremony was organized by the Center for International Affairs and Linkages (CIAL) in collaboration with the CTE faculty and student leaders. The event aimed to prepare the delegation for an enriching experience that would allow them to explore Thailand’s renowned education system, innovative teaching practices, and vibrant culture.

During the program, CIAL Coordinator delivered an inspiring message, emphasizing the importance of international exposure for teacher education students in shaping their professional competence and global perspective. “This educational trip reflects our vision of producing globally competitive educators who are not only equipped with academic excellence but also with cultural empathy and adaptability,” Mr. Villegas stated.

The Thailand educational trip, will feature visits to various educational institutions, including schools and universities renowned for their innovative approaches to learning. Participants will also engage in cultural immersion activities, collaborative discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions that align with CMC’s goal of promoting Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education.
