INFLUENCE OF LEARNING SUPPORT MECHANISMS ON THE WORK ENGAGEMENT OF TEACHERS

The study was conducted to find out the influence of the learning support mechanisms on the work engagement of teachers, and as well as the relationship of learning support mechanisms on the work engagement. This study used a descriptive-correlational design with 200 elementary teachers in Matalam North and West District, North Cotabato. A survey questionnaire was used to gather data on learning support mechanisms and work engagement of teachers. The result indicated that there is a high level of learning support mechanisms and work engagement among teachers. On the other hand, the variable learning support mechanisms have a significant direct effect on the teachers work engagement. This implied that learning support mechanisms is the predictor that explained the teachers work engagement.
