Through this event, CMCs Guhit Pawan aims to enrich Mindanao’s culture, connect with art enthusiasts, and establish themselves as a prominent regional artists.
This participation serves as a platform to amplify their artistic voice, engage a wider audience, and potentially create future collaborations.
Further, by sharing knowledge through educational outreach, the student organization can contribute to the local art community’s growth and appreciation.
CMC Guhit Pawan President Ashley Brua and Member Paolo Oxino’s participation in Mindanao Art 2023 on September 24-October 1, 2023 strategically advances their artistic career and leaves a lasting impact on the local art scene. These CMCian young visual painters are also part of Museyo Kutawato’ artists.
CMC GP holds official registration as an organization within the Office of Student Affairs and Services. It also operates as an Art Group under the CMC Culture and Arts Office with its CMC GP Creative Director Mr. Erolle Linus T. Miranda.
The vision of the Culture and Arts Office is to foster a heightened sense of awareness and appreciation for the arts. It is dedicated to promoting the ongoing evolution of the rich tapestry of culture and arts, both within Central Mindanao Colleges and in the broader sphere, with the paramount aim of preserving the cultural heritage of the Filipino people.
