1st General Assembly for AY 2022-2023
It is a productive afternoon of January 21, 2022 for the faculty members of the College of Teachersโ Education as it convenes for its first General Assembly for this semester at the computer laboratory in Bldg. 7.
With the aims to discuss enrollment updates, head start for the second semester, preparations for accreditation, and other concerns, the CTE Dean Dr. Jaymie A. Rellon spearheaded the first Faculty Meeting for this semester AY 2022-2023.
In attendance are the Program Heads for the Bachelor for Elementary Education, General Education, and Bachelor in Physical Education, along with the teaching staff of the college both full time and part-time.
The Secretary to the Dean Mr. Christian B. Melaรฑo started the assembly with the Preliminaries, reading of the agenda and giving of enrollment updates for the second semester.
This was then followed by Sir Fidel Ladra, who led the discussions regarding the preparations on the upcoming Accreditation. He presented the Accreditation Tools and emphasized on target areas that need prior attention as the CTE is scheduled to be accredited for Level II- (five years) during this semester.
The assembly ended with Dean Rellon expressing his warmest gratitude to the commitment and dedication of the CTE teaching force to the college. He also took the opportunity to challenge everyone present to do their best for the success of the upcoming accreditation visit.
