Functions and Responsibilities

  • Administrative advisory role to the Collegiate Supreme Student Council (CSSC) and student organizations.
  • Facilitate student complaints and grievances in compliance with procedures for conflict resolution.
  • Facilitate communication and understanding of perspectives among the faculty, staff, students, and community.
  • Promote the “shared governance” concept with student involvement.
  • Enforce the Student Code of Conduct through the Student Disciplinary Policy.
  • Promote student involvement in campus life programs and activities to complement educational experiences at Central Mindanao Colleges.

Programs

The Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) extends various programs to all students, focusing on the development of the student’s whole personality.

  • Student Development Program – focuses on the personal, social, and academic growth of students.
  • Student Leadership and Empowerment Program – enhances leadership skills and promotes responsible citizenship.
  • Orientation – Convocation Program – helps students transition and adapt to college life effectively.
  • Information Program – ensures timely dissemination of important updates, announcements, and opportunities for students.
