Building global partnerships and collaborations for CMC’s continuous pursuit of academic and non-academic excellence.
Anchoring on its mission to provide quality instruction, develop innovative research, and engage in responsive extension programs, the Central Mindanao Colleges (CMC) continues to connect with academic institutions, research institutes, private sectors, and NGOs both locally and internationally to strengthen its human and logistical resources in pursuit of global excellence.
For 75 years, one of CMC’s priorities has been to build meaningful collaborations and linkages with both local and international partners to sustain the excellence the college provides to its students and partner communities.
The Commission on Higher Education (CHED), through Memorandum Order No. 55, s. 2016, affirmed the importance of Internationalization of Higher Education Institutions. This policy provides a framework for HEIs to engage in global partnerships that strengthen academic quality and institutional development.
CMC upholds these principles by establishing the Center for International Affairs and Linkages (CIAL) to promote global collaboration and cross-cultural engagement aligned with CHED’s internationalization policy.
The CIAL offers services including but not limited to:
“Through CIAL, CMC embraces global collaboration — expanding horizons, empowering communities, and cultivating excellence.”
