CMC Leads Initial Coordination for the 41st ACSCU-ACI National Assembly

𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲, 𝗮 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲. 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲, 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲.

Central Mindanao Colleges (CMC), as 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝘁, together with 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗼𝘀 (𝗛𝗧𝗖) and 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 as Co-Hosts, has taken the first major step toward the proposed 𝟰𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗖𝗦𝗖𝗨-𝗔𝗖𝗜 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆, scheduled for 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟱 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳, 𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗼 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆.

The initial coordination brought the three host institutions together to establish a common direction, define responsibilities, identify priorities, and lay the groundwork for a well-coordinated national gathering anchored in 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.

Discussions covered the proposed Assembly theme and academic framework, hosting and committee responsibilities, venue and accommodation requirements, registration and delegate management, transportation and logistics, technical and documentation needs, speakers and reactors, institutional presentations, fellowship activities, resource generation and sponsorship, budget planning, and risk management.

Central to the preparation is the 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱, envisioned as the primary management mechanism for tracking workstreams, institutional responsibilities, focal persons, timelines, progress, budget requirements, risks, and succeeding actions. This system strengthens 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 among the host institutions.

More importantly, preparations remain anchored in the 𝗔𝗖𝗦𝗖𝗨-𝗔𝗖𝗜 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲, which places faith at the heart of every undertaking and calls the host institutions and partner schools to approach the Assembly with 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲.

The preparations reflect 𝗦𝗗𝗚 𝟰: 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 through the advancement of academic exchange and institutional learning, 𝗦𝗗𝗚 𝟱: 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 through inclusive participation and equitable opportunities for leadership and engagement, and 𝗦𝗗𝗚 𝟭𝟳: 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 through meaningful collaboration among Christian higher education institutions.

The preparations may have only begun, but the vision is already clear. 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻. With CMC taking the lead alongside HTC and Brokenshire College, every plan moves toward a gathering that will strengthen 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, deepen institutional partnerships, and advance excellence through service.

𝗜𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳, 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗼 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆. 𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵, 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝘀𝘂𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿.
