Under the leadership of Dr. Mark Gennesis B. Dela Cerna, Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Office of the VPAA continues to strengthen institutional coordination through proactive academic leadership initiatives focused on policy review, operational alignment, curriculum responsiveness, quality assurance, and data-driven academic governance.

Through the recently convened College Management Council Meeting held on May 6, 2026 at the CMC Accreditation Room, academic leaders, deans, directors, and institutional stakeholders gathered to discuss essential institutional directions and collaborative strategies for Academic Year 2026–2027.

The initiative reinforced a unified commitment toward excellence, accountability, innovation, and responsive educational leadership.

Among the major highlights of the meeting were discussions on curriculum updates, academic operational concerns, institutional reporting, and strategic preparations aligned with the College’s continuing pursuit of quality education and organizational excellence.
