As
institutions increasingly recognize employee development as a driver of
organizational excellence, CMC MBA Scholars convened for a structured program
evaluation and cohort dialogue on January 29, 2026, at the Accreditation Room,
affirming the institution’s commitment to mentorship, reflective engagement,
and continuous professional growth.
The
session gathered MBA scholars who are employees of Central Mindanao Colleges
and recipients of the institution’s MBA scholarship support. It was facilitated
by Dr. Victor G. Quiambao, Jr., Vice President for Administration. What began
as a kumustahan progressed into a focused dialogue on learning experiences,
academic workload, instructional delivery, and support systems within the MBA
program.
The
discussion gained depth as participants reflected not only as graduate students
but also as CMC personnel who directly apply academic learning to their
professional roles. Positioned as part of professional and career development,
the scholarship reflects the institution’s view that investing in employees
strengthens institutional effectiveness and service delivery.
The
session strengthened cohort engagement, encouraged open and constructive
feedback, and reinforced the scholars’ dual role as MBA students and
institutional practitioners committed to continuous improvement and applied
leadership.
This
initiative supports SDG 4 by promoting inclusive and quality lifelong learning,
SDG 8 through sustained professional development and improved workplace
performance, and SDG 16 by strengthening institutional capacity, participatory
dialogue, and accountable governance practices within higher education
communities.
Choose
