Building strong institutions begins with
meaningful connections among those who lead and teach.
Central
Mindanao Colleges (CMC), through the CMC
Graduate School Education (GSE), successfully held “Pasko Saya, Isang
Pamilya: CMC Graduate School Education Faculty Members’ Meet and Greet
Fellowship Lunch Christmas Party” on December 20, 2025 at the CMC Accreditation
Room.
The
gathering brought together Graduate School Education faculty members in a warm
celebration rooted in unity, gratitude, and faith. Anchored on CMC’s core
values of love of God and one-family orientation, the activity provided an
opportunity to strengthen professional relationships, foster camaraderie, and
celebrate the Christmas season as one academic family.
Beyond
the festive atmosphere, the fellowship emphasized collaboration, mutual
support, and well-being among educators. It highlighted the importance of
connection and shared purpose in sustaining excellence in teaching, research,
and service within the graduate school community.
Through
initiatives like this, CMC continues to create meaningful connections that
nurture a supportive, values-driven academic environment where educators grow
together in faith, fellowship, and professional excellence.
This
activity supports SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being) by promoting employee
wellness and social well-being, SDG 4 (Quality Education) by strengthening a
supportive academic community, and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong
Institutions) by fostering unity, trust, and strong institutional
relationships.
Choose
CMC. Choose community. Choose excellence.
