September 21, 2025 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers, affirming

Ms.
Coney Jeyhon Embalzado Ranis, a graduate of the College of Teacher Education,
earned Top 9 with an outstanding 93.20% passing rate, reflecting her academic
discipline, resilience, and the strong pedagogical foundation nurtured at CMC.
Following
closely, Mr. John Mark I. Bautista, a Professional Education unit earner under
the Teacher Certificate Program (TCP) of the College of Teacher Education,
secured Top 10 with an impressive 93.00% rating, exemplifying perseverance,
competence, and professional readiness.
These
