Central Mindanao Colleges once again display academic initiative and youth leadership, the 4th Year Psychology students of CMC, in collaboration with the Psychology Student Council, held YOUthrive, a seminar-workshop designed to empower the youth through the art of positive communication held at CMC Students Activity Center.
The event brought together students and young leaders with one shared mission: to strengthen interpersonal connections, promote resilience, and inspire growth through meaningful dialogue.
Students engaged in interactive workshops, insightful lectures, and reflective group activities facilitated by psychology students leaders. These sessions were aimed to equip young individuals with practical tools to express themselves with confidence, resolve conflicts peacefully, and cultivate supportive communities.
Aligned with CMCs’ commitment in SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institution, This seminar led individuals a sense of empowerment and responsibility, carrying with them the message that words, when used with kindness and clarity, can be catalysts for progress.
The said event, highlights the 4th Year Students and the Psychology Student Council in setting a powerful example of how education, collaboration, and youthful energy can connect to create lasting impact within the community.
