Central Mindanao Colleges Senior High School (CMC SHS) came alive with colors, flavors, and creativity as it celebrated Nutrition Month through the event NUTRI ATIN 'TO 2025 on July 31, 2025. The celebration highlighted the importance of healthy eating and active lifestyles through a variety of engaging and educational activities. The event featured cooking contests where students showcased their culinary talents by preparing nutritious and delicious dishes. Creativity also took center stage in the costume contests, with participants wearing vibrant, produce-inspired outfits that promoted fruits, vegetables, and balanced meals. Adding to the festive atmosphere, a colorful display of fresh fruits and vegetables greeted guests and served as both an educational exhibit and a visual reminder of the value of nutritious food. Beyond the contests and displays, the celebration aimed to inspire students to make healthier food choices and adopt habits that promote overall well-being. The activities encouraged teamwork, creativity, and awareness of the role proper nutrition plays in achieving both academic success and a better quality of life. NUTRI ATIN 'TO 2025 reflects CMC SHS’s commitment to promoting good health and wellness among its students, in line with the objectives of Nutrition Month and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being. By blending fun with education, the event proved that healthy living can be both exciting and rewarding. The culmination program highlighted not only the technical skills they acquired but also the values of discipline, collaboration, and problem-solving — all essential for future engineers. Delivering the keynote address, Engr. Nikko M. Lalaguna shared valuable insights on resilience, adaptability, and the importance of continuous learning in the engineering profession. He reminded students that internships are not just a requirement but a vital bridge between academic learning and the real demands of the industry. The program featured presentations of internship highlights, awarding of certificates, and expressions of gratitude to partner companies and institutions for their support in providing meaningful on-the-job experiences. CElebration 2025 reaffirmed CCEE’s commitment to preparing its students for professional excellence, ensuring they are equipped not only with technical competence but also with the confidence and mindset to face the challenges of their remaining college years and future careers.
