It only takes a moment to become someone’s miracle. On July 10-11, Barangay Poblacion Covered Court became a place of compassion as residents and students gathered for the second bloodletting activity of the year. This life-saving initiative, following the first held last March 7, was made possible through the efforts of the Barangay Council, City Health Office, and City Blood Bank. With hearts open and sleeves rolled up, volunteers donated blood to help accident victims, surgery patients, and others in critical need. Health workers ensured safe procedures, while participants received free health checks as part of the campaign. The event also promoted public health awareness, especially among the youth of Kidapawan City. Barangay Poblacion’s united spirit proves that kindness doesn’t require grand gestures—just one willing arm. In this community, every drop truly counts.
