Beyond Leadership Theory: CMC Doctoral Scholars Explore Human Behavior and Organizational Transformation

Central Mindanao Colleges Graduate School of Education recently facilitated an enriching doctoral learning engagement through PhD EL 806: Human Behavior, Organizational Culture, and Learning, conducted under the tutelage of Dr. Mark Gennesis B. Dela Cerna, Vice President for Academic Affairs, whose academic mentorship, visionary leadership, and commitment to transformative education continue to inspire future educational leaders, researchers, and transformative scholars.
