CMC ROARS ONTO THE NATIONAL STAGE

Central Mindanao Colleges proudly marks its presence at the National PRISAA Games Negros 2026 as CMC Center for Athletic Development Sports Coordinator Lawrence John Sabellina represented the institution during the Technical Meeting and Unity Gathering held on May 8, 2026 at STI West Negros University in the vibrant City of Smiles, Bacolod City.

One of the memorable highlights of the gathering was the opportunity to meet Philippine Sports Commission Chairperson Patrick “Pato” C. Gregorio, symbolizing CMC’s growing visibility and active role within the national collegiate sports community.

The gathering brought together PRISAA leaders, Executive Directors, National Sports Associations, Technical Officials, Coaches, and institutions from across the country to finalize preparations, strengthen collaboration, and ignite the spirit of one of the Philippines’ most prestigious collegiate sporting events.

Carrying the theme “Inspiring Dreams, Igniting Passion, Innovating Pathways to the Olympics.” the National PRISAA Games Negros 2026 stands as a celebration of ambition, resilience, discipline, and unity among Filipino student-athletes.

The highly anticipated Opening Ceremony on May 9, 2026 at Panaad Park and Stadium will feature special performances from Japanese personalities Yukan Omura and Fumiya Sankai, adding global energy to a nationally celebrated stage.

At CMC, sports is more than competition. It is leadership under pressure. Discipline when nobody is watching. Courage after every setback. And the relentless decision to rise again.
