Expanding
its commitment to quality education and institutional collaboration, the CMC
Graduate School Education (GSE) conducted its Field-Based Experiential Learning
(FBEL) Local Educational Trip in Bataan from November 27 to 29, 2025.
The
visit provided a meaningful avenue for academic exchange, cultural
appreciation, and strengthened partnerships with educational institutions in
the region.
A
major highlight unfolded on November 28 when the GSE delegation, led by Dean
Dr. Gemma N. Kintanar, was warmly welcomed by Bataan Peninsula State
University. Administrators, faculty, and students hosted an engaging program
that included institutional messages, a comprehensive session on research
writing and publication facilitated by the BPSU Graduate School faculty, and an
open dialogue that allowed CMC students to deepen their understanding of
research practices and academic culture.
This
engagement aligned strongly with SDG 4 Quality Education, SDG 11 Sustainable
Cities and Communities, and SDG 17 Partnerships for the Goals. Through this
initiative, seventy-seven GSE students expanded their learning beyond classroom
walls as they connected with local communities and experienced firsthand the
value of collaboration and shared educational purpose.
The
experience affirmed CMC’s commitment to developing graduates who excel
academically, engage responsibly with society, and confidently participate in
broader educational landscapes. It captured the essence of learning that shapes
leaders: learning that is grounded in insight, strengthened by partnership, and
enriched through real-world exposure.
Choose growth.
Choose excellence. CHOOSE CMC where purpose-driven learning meets limitless
opportunity.
