Abstract

This study investigated the relationship between the organizational control and workplace environment to the work productivity of fast-food chain employees. Sets of adapted questionnaires were administered to 50 selected fast-food chain employees in Kidapawan City. Results show a very high organizational control, positive workplace environment, and very high work productivity. Moreover, organizational control and workplace environment have significant relationship with the work productivity of fast-food chain employees.
