Central Mindanao Colleges (CMC) celebrated a significant milestone in its internationalization efforts with the Send-Off Ceremony for 34 students and 2 faculty members from the College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE) bound for the International Educational Trip (IET) in Vietnam. Held on September 7, 2025, the event served as a symbolic moment of pride, encouragement, and recognition as CMC formally entrusted its delegation to represent the institution on the global stage.
The Send-Off marks the beginning of a transformative journey. By immersing in Vietnam’s criminology and justice systems, students will gain firsthand international insights, broaden their perspectives, and strengthen their cultural awareness while carrying with them the excellence and values nurtured at CMC.
Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), this initiative demonstrates CMC’s strong commitment to advancing education that is globally relevant and socially responsive.
Through CIAL, CMC continues to create opportunities for global learning experiences, ensuring that its graduates are competent, ethical, and globally engaged citizens prepared to contribute to peace and justice worldwide.
