Kidapawan City — The Central Mindanao Colleges (CMC) quadrangle came alive as Bachelor of Physical Education (BPED) students showcased discipline, energy, and dedication during their basic warm-up sessions, an integral requirement for one of their major subjects on July 4, 2025. In their PE uniforms and under the heat of the sun, the students demonstrated not only physical readiness but also a strong sense of unity and professionalism. These warm-up routines, though fundamental, are designed to build a strong foundation in flexibility, stamina, coordination, and body mechanics, key competencies in the field of physical education and sports science.
