CMC Advances Student Success through Strengthened Records and Admissions Management

Student success is supported at every stage of the academic journey. Accurate records, efficient admissions processes, and responsive student services create a reliable institutional environment where learners can move forward with confidence.

Central Mindanao Colleges (CMC), represented by Center for Records and Admissions staff members Ms. Kim T. Casulla and Ms. Dyna Metante, participated in the Region-Wide Orientation and Capacity Building on the Records Management System (RMS) for School Registrars on August 20, 2026, at the BRC Convention Hall of Notre Dame of Marbel University.

The Commission on Higher Education Regional Office XII (CHEDRO XII) organized the activity to strengthen the capacity of school registrars in the effective use of the Records Management System, address implementation concerns, and promote efficient and systematic records management practices among Higher Education Institutions in the region.

The program featured an overview of the Records Management System and an orientation on the Student Records Management System. The sessions strengthened the participants’ knowledge of system implementation, records administration, and the responsible management of institutional and student information.

CMC’s participation affirms its commitment to maintaining accurate, secure, and dependable academic records. Strong records and admissions systems contribute to timely transactions, responsive services, informed institutional decisions, and the protection of every student’s academic history.

The engagement also strengthens the professional competence of personnel entrusted with records and admissions responsibilities. Updated knowledge and practical understanding enable staff members to respond effectively to institutional requirements while delivering services that support students from admission to graduation.

The initiative advances SDG 4: Quality Education through reliable academic support services and efficient student records management; SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure through technology-supported institutional systems; and SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions through transparent, accountable, and systematic administrative practices.

At CMC, every record represents progress, every admission carries promise, and every student journey matters. Stronger systems create more responsive services and greater opportunities for students to succeed.

Choose CMC, where excellence roars.
