International Affairs and Linkages (CIAL), proudly participated in the Opening
Ceremony of the ASEAN Month 2026 Celebration held at KCC Marbel, Koronadal
City, South Cotabato, on August 4, 2026. The three-day regional celebration,

exhibition and interactive learning spaces. The event serves as a platform to
promote ASEAN identity, regional solidarity, and intercultural understanding
while showcasing the rich heritage, traditions, and creative expressions of the
ASEAN Member States.
As part of the month-long celebration, participants engaged in
various ASEAN Culture and Crafts Workshops designed to provide immersive and
hands-on cultural learning experiences. Representing Indonesia, Central

Cotabato Area 1, accompanied Makilala Institute of Science and Technology
