ABOUT THE OFFICE OF THE ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE
The CMC Office of Accounting and Finance handles all the financial resources of the institution and responds to students in a courteous, accurate, and timely manner.

II. CMC PAYMENT POLICIES
1. SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT
Upon enrollment, the student must pay 1,000 for the down payment fee, and the remaining balance will be divided into four (4) terms; PRELIM, MIDTERM, PRE-FINAL AND FINAL EXAMS.
2. FULL PAYMENT DISCOUNT
A student who pays in full before the start of classes and at the same time settled in full in any additional subject(s) during the period of adding/dropping of subjects is entitled to a five percent (5%) discount on tuition.
A. ADDING AND DROPPING OF SUBJECTS
A student dropping the subject and not submitting the Dropping Form during the prescribed
period will be charged in full tuition/ fees on the subject (s) being dropped.
B. WITHDRAWAL AT CMC
A student who withdraws from the Central Mindanao Colleges during theregular semester
shall be charged as follows:
1. Withdrawal BEFORE THE START OF THE CLASS: 25% of Miscellaneous Fees
2. Withdrawal during the START OF CLASSES BEFORE PRELIM: Total Miscellaneous Fees
3. Withdrawal AFTER THE PRELIM EXAMINATION: Full tuition and Miscellaneous

III. PAYMENT OPTIONS
1. WALK-IN PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS AT CMC
a. CASH: You may pay directly at the CMC Office of the Accounting and Finance Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:00pm
b. CHECK: Check Payments must be made payable to CENTRAL MINDANAO COLLEGES (Note: Postdated checks will not be accepted.)
2. ONLINE PAYMENT
Students and parents have two easy options for paying their CMC enrollment and tuition fees. One is through ONLINE BANK DEPOSIT/TRANSFER, and the other is through Remittance Centers.
Paying the tuition and fees doesn’t have to be a hassle. You can do it wherever you are, whenever you need to, with any device. It’s easy as ABC. Pay online on your phone, your tablet, or your computer.

V. OFFICE SCHEDULE
The CMC Office of the Accounting and Finance is available from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM on Monday through Friday and from 8 AM to 12 PM only on Saturday. Offices are closed on Sundays and holidays.
