This Formation Program prepares Educational Leaders to become more effective influencers who can contribute to organizational success on a higher level.

This highly personalized formation program features modules that focus on accelerating the performance of the organization as well as the career of Educational Leaders.

After attending this formation program, it is hoped that the participants shall  return to their workplace/ units/ departments more confident, more capable, and better equipped to take on new challenges.


This leadership formation program seeks to improve the cross-functional skills of educational leaders by expanding their understanding of the operations and dynamics in the organization.
