A collaborative effort led by the Office of the Vice President for Administration to guarantee functional, safe, and instruction-ready laboratories for the opening of Academic Year 2025โ2026.

Grounded in this vision, the Office of the Vice President for Administration of Central Mindanao Colleges convened a coordination and alignment meeting for all Laboratory Custodians, spanning Science, Computer, Criminology, and other technical labs, to ensure their operational preparedness and alignment with institutional quality standards.
The session was spearheaded by Dr. Victor G. Quiambao Jr., Vice President for Administration, alongside Mr. Alex Taguenca, Director for the Institute of Quality Assurance and Excellence. Both leaders emphasized that laboratory spaces are critical extensions of the classroom, where precision, cleanliness, and order are essential to student learning and faculty instruction.
The meeting covered core topics such as:
โข Implementation of safety protocols and 5S discipline
โข Inventory and handling of lab supplies and materials
โข Use of laboratory manuals, borrower slips, and monitoring forms
โข Standard procedures for maintenance and reporting
A key highlight of the gathering was the ceremonial signing of appointments, officially designating the Laboratory Custodians in their roles for AY 2025โ2026. The signing signified institutional trust and reinforced accountability, professionalism, and pride in their vital responsibilities.
