STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM PORTAL
The student portal is a key component of the Student Information System. Students can use the portal to access online registration, view their grades, and update their contact information. Moreover, students can view announcements of upcoming events and other school activities.
The enrollment page displays information such as the school year, program, and enrollment status. Students can check their enrolled subjects, number of units, and class schedules on the subject page. Students will be able to view their grading reports online at any time and recognize their progress according to the course, terms, and semesters.
The accounts menu contains a summary of payments, charges, and account statements. For a paperless transaction, the statement of account page shows the total amount the student had to pay for a single transaction. Students can settle their accounts through bank transfer, or remittance for a simple payment transaction. For verification, students must upload payment receipts.

The Management Information Systems Office handles the technical and systems development of the CMCian processes that involve the areas of information systems, networks, technical services, student ID processing and other printing services, technical student help desks, and web development.
