Commitment to Excellence in Engineering Education: CMC CCEE participates ATU-Net WED 2023

Central Mindanao Colleges (CMC) recently participated in the ATU-Net World Engineering Day 2023 (ATU-Net WED 2023) held on March 6, 2023, via Zoom Virtual Cloud Meeting in collaboration with the World Technology Universities Network (WTUN). The event, which was hosted by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), aimed to highlight the theme “Celebrating Engineers: Towards Sustainable Innovation in Engineering.” The sharing session featured prominent speakers from member universities of both networks.

Expressing his enthusiasm and full support for the event, Civil Engineering College Dean Engr. Bonifacio T. Aznar, Jr.; M.ENG-CE emphasized, “As a college of civil engineering, we recognized the significant role that engineers play in ensuring sustainable innovation in engineering. I believe that this event provided a platform for us to learn from each other, exchange ideas, and promote best practices in the field of engineering and technology.”

ATU-Net WED 2023 had an impressive turnout of academics, researchers, students, and industry professionals from the engineering and technology community. The event provided a valuable opportunity for participants to share their experiences, insights, and best practices on various topics related to sustainable innovation in engineering.

CMC’s participation in ATU-Net WED 2023 further highlights the institution’s commitment to excellence in engineering education and its contribution to the development of sustainable solutions for the region.
