CMC Joins CHED RO XII ASEAN Expo 2022
On September 20, 2022, the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office XII launched its ASEAN EXPO 2022, as part of its month-long celebration of ASEAN’s 55th Founding Anniversary at Events Center 4th Level KCC Mall of Marbel.
Central Mindanao Colleges (CMC) expressed its support for the occasion by attending the opening day, represented by the Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Mark Gennesis B. Dela Cerna, as an invited guest, along with other representatives, and participants of the expo for exhibit and showcase of outputs, from other private higher education institutions, state universities, and colleges in
Region XII.
The EXPO began with a ribbon-cutting ceremony headed by Regional Director Nelia Alibin, Ph.D. who also gave her message following the welcome remarks by Zohrahaydah N. Panawidan, Ed.D., OIC-CEPS, and the introduction of HEI exhibitors
by Annabelle R. Dafielmoto, ES-II, ASEAN Expo Focal Person for CHED RO XII.
Exhibitors showcased their booths, and an overview of their respective presentations were given by the HEI Presidents or representatives. Dr. Dela Cerna, was graciously invited and featured to share a few words before the ceremonies were concluded.
