958 CMCian Eco Warriors join City-wide Clean-Up Drive 2022
501 CMC National Service Training Program (NSTP) – Civic Welfare and Training Service (CWTS) and 457 Reserve Officers Training Corps students actively participated in the City-wide Clean Up Drive. This was spearheaded by the Environmental Management Bureau XIl in collaboration with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Kidapawan City on September 17, 2022. The three-hour clean-up activity started from 6:00 to 9:00 AM.
This environmental endeavor has aimed at the promotion, support, and strengthening of government partnerships, Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), academe, and the private sector. The said environmental event has adopted the theme: “Reimagining a Clean, Healthy, Sustainable, and Trash-Free Seas and Rivers.” Wastes were collected by the City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO).
